She looks much smaller in the photo than in reality; they are quite bad actually. The heels are quite low so children can grow into them when they are small, so nice. The laces are plastic, I'm afraid they will break quickly but the fastening system is very good. We would have preferred fabric laces rather than plastic ones like this; I think it will hold up less long-term at worst, we'll have to exchange them.
